Ethics Board
Marlboro Township Strives for Ethical Governance
The elected officials, appointed officials and employees of the Township of Marlboro abide by a Code of Ethics. This code was created to ensure a responsible and accountable government in Marlboro.
The Marlboro Code of Ethics is available upon request from the Township Municipal Clerk, 732-536-0200 ext. 233.
The Marlboro Ethics Board is a independent body whose members are appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the Town Council. Access to the ethics board is open to anyone living, working or visiting our Township. If you have reason to believe that there is an ethical issue, you are encouraged to contact the Ethics Board. The Township web site and Township Municipal Clerk have the necessary forms.
